You pay a success fee when a deal closes and money moves. Never before that. No listing fee, ever, and checking your numbers against real orders is free. The one thing you can buy up front is Kairos Verified, where a person does the due diligence by hand - and its price comes off your success fee at close. Escrow.com charges its own small fee, about 0.7% of the sale. Buyer and seller split it 50/50 on either lane, and it never runs through Kairos.
