Net Profit is the bottom line on a store's own accounts. Take revenue. Subtract cost of goods, shipping, marketing, and staff. Subtract the owner's own draw too. Nothing gets added back. It is the number every earnings-based valuation method starts from, and a seller can only inflate it by inflating a cost line a buyer will later check.
