Brokerage is the practice of selling a business for a seller, start to finish. A firm sets the value, finds buyers, negotiates, and carries the deal to close. It is not an open marketplace; a firm runs the whole process for a commission, usually set deal by deal. Kairos runs one lane like this, priced at 12% up to EUR 500,000, open from EUR 100,000 up.
