Deal Room is the private workspace an accepted offer opens. A buyer and seller use it to carry a deal from signed terms to a closed transfer. It holds the asset purchase agreement, a checklist of transfer tasks, and the escrow status. Both sides, and Kairos, can see all of it in one place. It replaces the scattered email thread most off-platform deals run on.

What Lives Inside It

An accepted offer opens the deal room once both sides sign deal terms, and from there it tracks the same milestones every deal walks: the asset purchase agreement, a checklist of transfer tasks with an owner and a status on each one, and the escrow funding and release conditions. A step is not done because someone says so; it is done when the tracked status says so, and a task marked critical blocks the funds from releasing until it is. The same record that walks a deal forward is what a dispute later gets read against, because it is time-stamped and shared rather than scattered across email and chat.

Not to Be Confused With

Escrow Release
escrow release is the one funds-transfer step inside the deal room; the deal room is the whole workspace the deal moves through before and after it.
