NDA Tier is the step a buyer sits on Kairos's listing-access ladder. The steps run anonymous, then NDA required, then unlock required, then unlocked. Each step opens more of a seller's numbers. A buyer cannot skip one. Even after signing the global NDA, gated media and exact figures stay hidden until that listing is unlocked. The ladder gives every private figure a gate, not one all-or-nothing page.
The Four Steps
Anonymous is the public card: category, region, and a headline financial band, no store name. NDA required is a signed-in buyer who has not yet accepted the one global buyer NDA that covers every listing on the site. Unlock required is a buyer who has accepted that NDA but has not yet unlocked this listing, usually by verifying funds, which is free; a refundable deposit applies later, on the offer, not on the look. Unlocked is the real name, exact numbers, and the verification memo, plus any listing media the seller marked as gated rather than public. An owner or an admin skips the ladder entirely and always sees their own, or any, listing in full.
